  1. NewCraftr

    Every update in one place

See what changed in every Craftr tool on one page, with a filter for each tool.

  2. ImprovedNameCraftr

    Pages respond sooner

Pages now get ready sooner, so you can start typing and tapping straight away, especially on phones.

  3. NewCraftr

One Craftr account for every tool

Your account now lives on craftr.com. Sign in once and you are signed in on NameCraftr and every Craftr tool that follows. Change your name, choose which emails you get or delete your account in one place.

    NewNameCraftr

    Pick a naming style

Choose the kind of name you want before you generate: brandable, descriptive, modern, classic or abstract. Or leave it on CraftrMind, which mixes every style and puts the names most likely to work as a brand first. You can change the style again while refining your results.

    ImprovedNameCraftr

    A new look for NameCraftr

NameCraftr has a new design, in light and dark, built to work just as well on your phone. Finding a name, checking domains and saving favourites all work as before, only clearer.

  4. NewCraftr

Meet Craftr, and see what is new

Read who is behind Craftr on the new About page, and follow every update here. The Contact page now lets you pick a subject.

    NewNameCraftr

A suggestion for your country’s site

If you visit from Australia or India, we suggest your local site once. Your choice is remembered.

    ImprovedNameCraftr

    Your local domain, checked first

On the Australia and India sites, we check .com.au or .in first, so you see the domains that matter most to you.

    ImprovedNameCraftr

    Faster availability results

Availability mode works best with a short list, so you can now exclude up to three keywords. The length slider is hidden there, because it does not change those results.

    FixedNameCraftr

A clear message for vague descriptions

If a description is too vague to name, you now see a helpful message straight away, without a long wait.

  5. ImprovedNameCraftr

    Refine, step by step

Changes in Refine wait until you press Refine names. Keywords are back to three states: not selected, used and excluded.

    ImprovedNameCraftr

Craft your own uses your keywords

Try a set now starts from the keywords of your business.

    NewNameCraftr

Cancel, and start a new search

Cancel while names are being crafted, or tap New search to go back to the full form. Undo brings your last search back.

  6. NewNameCraftr

    Availability mode (Beta)

Pick a preferred extension and we put names with that domain available first.

  7. NewNameCraftr

    More business types

New name generators for coffee shops, trades, food and drink, nonprofits, florists, consultants, photographers, travel agencies, gyms, law firms and construction companies.

  8. ImprovedNameCraftr

Names that fit the page you started on

We now take the business type of the page you came from into account when crafting names.

  9. NewCraftr
